Dovško is a dispersed settlement in the Municipality of Tržič in the Upper Carniola region of northern Slovenia. It is part of the traditional Upper Carniola region and is included in the Upper Carniola Statistical Region.
Geography The settlement is situated on the left bank of the Tržiška Bistrica River, northeast of the town of Tržič. It lies below the western slopes of the Košuta mountain range, a part of the Karawanks. Its elevation is approximately 530 meters (1,740 ft) above sea level. The landscape around Dovško is characterized by a mix of agricultural fields in the valley and forested slopes extending upwards towards the mountains.
