Don Furness (born 29 January 1945) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Fitzroy in the Victorian Football League (VFL).
Furness played as a ruckman and key position player. He debuted for Fitzroy in 1965 and played 104 games for the club over eight seasons. He was a solid contributor during a difficult period for the Fitzroy Football Club. After leaving Fitzroy at the end of the 1972 season, Furness continued his football career at the local level.
