Dolci is a village in north-eastern Slavonia, situated in the municipality of Orahovica, Virovitica-Podravina County, Croatia.

Geography

Dolci is located at coordinates 45°33′N 17°56′E, at an elevation of approximately 124–138 meters above sea level. The village covers an area of 5.5 km² (2.1 sq mi). It lies roughly 5 kilometers northeast of the town of Orahovica, in the historical region of Slavonia.

Population

According to the 2021 Croatian census, Dolci had a population of 239 inhabitants, yielding a population density of approximately 43 people per km². The 2011 census recorded 284 residents, while the 2001 census recorded 329 residents. Historically, the population has declined from 506 in 1961 to 239 in 2021.

The population is predominantly Croatian. In the 2001 census, Croats made up 94.83% of the population, with Serbs accounting for 2.43% and others 2.73%. The village is majority Roman Catholic, with a small Orthodox minority.
