The Dognecea is a right tributary of the river Caraș (Karaš) in Romania. It is located in Caraș-Severin County, in the Banat region of western Romania. The river flows through the village of Dognecea and discharges into the Caraș near the village of Secășeni. Its total length is 24 km (15 mi) and its basin size is 96 km² (37 sq mi). The right tributaries of the Dognecea include the Călina and Stăpâniș streams. The river is part of the larger Danube River basin, as the Caraș flows into the Danube, which in turn empties into the Black Sea.
