Diane Blair-Sherlock is an American attorney and politician currently serving as a member of the Illinois House of Representatives. She represents the 46th District, which includes portions of DuPage County, encompassing communities such as Villa Park, Lombard, Elmhurst, Oakbrook Terrace, and Addison. A member of the Democratic Party, she assumed office on January 11, 2023.
Prior to her election to the Illinois General Assembly, Blair-Sherlock served as a trustee for the Village of Villa Park. Her professional background is in law; she earned her Juris Doctor from the Northern Illinois University College of Law and maintained a private legal practice. In her legislative capacity, she serves on various committees, including those focused on elementary and secondary education, judiciary-civil, and veterans' affairs. Her legislative record includes advocacy for property tax relief, healthcare affordability, and local infrastructure improvements.
