David Irvine (born circa 1958) is a Canadian politician who served as a Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) in Alberta. He represented the constituency of Calgary-Egmont from 2012 to 2015 as a member of the Progressive Conservative Association of Alberta.
Prior to his election to the Legislative Assembly, Irvine worked as a lawyer.
During his term as MLA, Irvine sat on various legislative committees and addressed issues related to his constituency. He was defeated in the 2015 Alberta general election.
