Darreh-ye Zereshk (Persian: دره زرشك, also Romanized as Darrehzereshk) is a village in Dehshir Rural District, in the Central District of Taft County, Yazd Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 71, residing in 31 families.
Location and Geography The village is situated at coordinates 31°33′50″N 53°50′43″E, at an elevation of approximately 2,435 meters (7,989 feet) above sea level. It lies in the arid central region of Iran, within Yazd Province.

Etymology The name "Darreh-ye Zereshk" is Persian in origin. Darreh (دره) means "valley," and Zereshk (زرشك) refers to "barberry" (the fruit Berberis vulgaris). Thus, the name translates to "Valley of the Barberry," likely referring to the presence of barberry plants in the area.
Related Locations A nearby village, Hasanabad-e Darreh Zereshk, is situated approximately 2.5 kilometers southwest of Darreh-ye Zereshk. The region is also known for the Darreh-Zerreshk and Ali-Abad porphyry copper deposits, which occur in granitoid intrusions southwest of Yazd city.
