Damien Oliver (born 7 August 1972) is an Australian Hall of Fame jockey renowned for his achievements in thoroughbred horse racing. He has been a leading rider on the Australian racing circuit since the early 1990s and is noted for multiple victories in the nation’s premier races.

Oliver was born in Melbourne, Victoria, the son of former jockey Ray Oliver, who died in a racing accident when Damien was 13. Growing up in a racing family, Oliver began riding in apprentice races in the late 1980s.

- Melbourne Cup – Oliver has won Australia’s most prestigious race twice: aboard Doriemus in 1995 and Media Puzzle in 2002.
