Damien Lauretta (born 6 September 1992) is a French singer, songwriter and actor. He first gained public attention as a contestant on the French television talent competition The Voice Kids (season 3, 2015), where his performances earned him a notable following. Following his appearance on the show, Lauretta launched a music career, releasing his debut single “Jimmy” in late 2015, which achieved modest chart success in France. He subsequently released an EP titled La vie… in 2016, featuring a blend of pop and contemporary French chanson influences.
In addition to his musical endeavors, Lauretta has pursued acting. He has appeared in several French television series and films, including the drama series L’Heure de l’Absence (2017) and the feature film Le Temps d’un Instant (2018), where he played supporting roles that were positively received by critics for their naturalistic style.
