Czech Republic in the Eurovision Song Contest 2022

The Czech Republic participated in the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest, which took place in Turin, Italy, with the entry "Lights Off" performed by the band We Are Dolls (also credited as We Are DOLLS). The song was selected through the national final ČT:s brněnská výbava, organized by the Czech public broadcaster Česká televize (ČT).

  • National final: ČT:s brněnská výbava was held on 26 January 2022. Six entries competed, and the winner was chosen by a combination of an international jury (50%) and public televoting (50%).
  • Winning entry: "Lights Off" performed by We Are Dolls, written by Petr Bartoš, Jan Dvořák, and the members of the band, received the highest combined score and was selected as the Czech representative.

Reception and aftermath
The 2022 participation marked the third consecutive qualification for the Czech Republic since its first qualification in 2018. While the final placement was lower than in 2021 (where the country finished 11th), the entry was noted for its contemporary pop sound and stage presentation featuring LED visuals and choreography. The exposure contributed to increased streaming numbers for both the song and the band's subsequent releases.
