Cyrnotheba is a genus of air-breathing land snails, terrestrial pulmonate gastropod mollusks in the family Helicidae (or alternatively, Hygromiidae, subfamily Metafruticicolinae, according to some taxonomic sources). The genus was described by Germain in 1928.

It is listed as Least Concern on the IUCN Red List. Some taxonomic databases also treat Cyrnotheba as a subgenus under the genus Theba, designated as Theba (Cyrnotheba).
Etymology The genus name Cyrnotheba likely combines "Cyrno-" (referring to Corsica, known in ancient Greek as Cyrnos or Kyrnos) with "-theba," a common suffix in snail genus names within the Helicidae family (e.g., Theba).
