Cycling Southland is a cycling club based at the SIT Zero Fees Velodrome in Invercargill, New Zealand. It serves as the governing body for road and track cycling activities in the Southland region, operating at both club and centre level. The organisation is responsible for delivering major events including the SBS Bank Tour of Southland, as well as national and international track cycling events such as the Oceania and New Zealand Elite and Age Group Track Cycling Championships.
In 2012, Cycling Southland hosted the UCI Juniors Track World Championships after the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) awarded the event to Invercargill, following a joint application by Cycling Southland and BikeNZ (now Cycling New Zealand).
The club manages a range of cycling programmes for all ages and skill levels, including introductory track cycling sessions for children (Wednesday and Friday Wheelers), adult beginner sessions (Track Start/Drafters), the CycloFit fitness and rehabilitation programme, and development squads for competitive junior and senior riders. It also runs the Ride Well schools cycle education programme, funded by the Invercargill City Council, Southland District Council, and Waka Kotahi New Zealand Transport Agency.
Cycling Southland's facilities are based at the SIT Zero Fees Velodrome, an indoor cycling velodrome located at ILT Stadium Southland in Invercargill.
