Cornelis "Cor" Groot (21 January 1909 – 23 September 1978) was a Dutch sailor who competed at the 1968 Summer Olympics in Mexico City.
Groot served as helmsman in the Dragon class, finishing in 10th place with crew members Jan Bol and Pieter de Zwart. He had also been the substitute helmsman for the Dutch Dragon team during the 1964 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
He was born in Akersloot, Noord-Holland, and died in Haarlem, Noord-Holland, at the age of 69. His height was 1.79 m (approx. 5 ft 10 in) and his weight was 79 kg (approx. 174 lbs).
