Paulo Conrado do Carmo Sardin (born 18 July 1991), known simply as Conrado, is a Brazilian professional footballer who plays as a forward.

Club Career
Conrado began his professional career in Asia. He played for AC Nagano Parceiro in the J3 League (Japan) from 2016 to 2018. He then moved to Thailand, joining Khon Kaen United from 2019 to 2021. He subsequently played for several Thai League clubs, including Trat (2021–2022) and BG Pathum United (2022–2023). He also had stints in Vietnam's V.League 1 with Dong A Thanh Hoa (2023) and Quang Nam (2023–2024). After returning to Thailand, he played for Nongbua Pitchaya (2024–2025) and later Ayutthaya United (2025–2026).
