Colin Brown is a former English cricketer who played first-class cricket for Northamptonshire between 1973 and 1986. Primarily a right-handed batsman, he also bowled occasionally as a right-arm medium-pace bowler. Brown scored over 10,000 first-class runs, including several centuries, and was a consistent performer for Northamptonshire throughout his career. His highest first-class score was 203 not out, achieved against Leicestershire in 1979. After retiring from professional cricket, Brown remained involved in the sport at the amateur level.
