Club Deportivo San Andrés is an Argentine sports club based in the San Andrés district of General San Martín Partido, Greater Buenos Aires, Argentina. The club was founded on April 23, 1927, originally as "Villa Golf Club," and changed its name to Club Deportivo San Andrés in 1939. Its team colors are green and white, and its nickname is "Depor."
The club's basketball section gained prominence during the 1980s. San Andrés debuted in the Argentine league in 1956, competing in the Asociación Porteña de Básquetball (Buenos Aires Basketball Association). It won its first top-division title in 1968, defeating Racing Club 66–65 at Estadio Luna Park. After a period in the second division, the club returned to the top division in 1982.
San Andrés won the last edition of the Campeonato Argentino de Clubes in 1984, defeating River Plate in a three-game final series (97–85, 103–93, 87–81), just prior to the creation of the Liga Nacional de Básquet. This title qualified the club for the 1985 South American Club Championship, where it finished as runner-up after losing to Club Atlético Monte Líbano in the final. The team also competed in the 1985 Intercontinental Cup (William Jones Cup), finishing in fourth place.
San Andrés played in the Liga Nacional de Básquet from its inception in 1985 until the 1990–91 season, when it left the top division. Its best finishes in the Liga Nacional were fifth place (1985, 1989, 1991). The club's home arena is the Gimnasio Enrique Tanghe, inaugurated in 1959.
In addition to basketball, the club offers other sports including five-a-side football, karate, swimming, tennis, volleyball, bocce, and various children's activities.
