Chornomorets Stadium is a football stadium located in Odesa, Ukraine. It serves as the home ground for the professional football club FC Chornomorets Odesa.
The stadium is situated within Shevchenko Park, near the city’s historic center and the Black Sea coast. The current structure was officially opened on November 19, 2011. It was constructed on the site of the city's previous central stadium, which had been in use since 1935 and was known by several names during its history, including the Kosior Stadium and the Central Stadium of the Black Sea Shipping Company.
The venue has a total seating capacity of 34,164. It was designed and rebuilt to meet UEFA Category 4 standards, which is the highest classification for football stadiums, enabling it to host international matches and major European club competitions. While Odesa was a candidate city for the UEFA Euro 2012 tournament, the stadium ultimately served as a reserve venue.
Architecturally, the stadium's exterior incorporates elements that mirror the local architecture of Odesa, specifically the Odesa Opera and Ballet Theater. In addition to domestic league matches, Chornomorets Stadium has hosted numerous Ukrainian Super Cup fixtures and international matches for the Ukraine national football team. Following a period of financial restructuring involving the previous owners, the stadium was sold to a private investment firm in 2020.
