Chen Changhao (Chinese: 陈昌浩) was a Chinese Communist military leader and politician who served in senior positions within the Red Army during the Chinese Civil War and later held various governmental posts in the People's Republic of China.

Born in the early 20th century in Hunan Province, Chen joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in the 1920s. He received military training in the Soviet Union and, upon his return, became closely associated with the Fourth Red Army (the “Fourth Front”) led by Zhang Guotao.
