The Chapel of the Immaculate Conception is a Roman Catholic chapel located on Bajja 'ta Spinola (Spinola Bay) in St. Julian's, Malta. It was built as the church for the nearby Spinola Palace and is dedicated to the Immaculate Conception.
The chapel was constructed by Fra Paolo Rafel Spinola, a knight of the Order of St. John, in close proximity to his palace. The first stone was laid on 16 June 1687, and the chapel was consecrated on 10 September 1688. It was enlarged at the beginning of the 20th century, and a new façade was added in 1914.
The chapel is listed on the National Inventory of the Cultural Property of the Maltese Islands and holds a Grade I heritage designation (designated in 1995). It remains an active place of worship under the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Malta, with Archbishop Charles Scicluna as the current archbishop. The functional status of the chapel is listed as a church.
