Chad Mizelle is an American lawyer who served in various high-ranking positions within the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS) during the Trump administration.
Mizelle earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law. After graduating, he worked in private practice.
His career in public service gained prominence during the administration of President Donald Trump. Mizelle held several key roles at DHS, including:
