Chad Clifton (born March 14, 1970) is an American former professional football player who occupied the offensive tackle position in the National Football League (NFL). He spent his entire 13‑year career with the Green Bay Packers, playing from 1995 to 2007. Clifton was a member of the Packers' Super Bowl XXXI championship team (1996) and was selected to the Pro Bowl in 2004. Known for his durability, he started 150 consecutive regular‑season games, a streak that ended after a severe leg injury during a 2006 playoff game. After retiring from active play, Clifton has been involved in various community and charitable activities, including youth mentorship programs in Wisconsin. He was inducted into the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame in 2017.
