Cecilia Norrbom (born 1982) is a Swedish politician representing the Social Democrats (Socialdemokraterna). She has served as a Member of the Riksdag (Swedish Parliament) since the 2022 general election.
Norrbom was elected from the Stockholm County constituency. Within the Riksdag, she holds a prominent position as a full member of the Committee on the Constitution (Konstitutionsutskottet), which is responsible for scrutinizing the government's work and constitutional issues. She also serves as a substitute member of the Committee on Transport and Communications.
Prior to her election to the national parliament, Norrbom had a background in political and organizational work within the Social Democratic party. Her political focus areas include constitutional law, democratic processes, and public administration.
