Carlos Carnero (born 30 March 1965) is a Spanish politician and former Member of the European Parliament (MEP) who represented the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (Partido Socialista Obrero Español, PSOE).
Overview
Carnero was born in Madrid, Spain. He earned a law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid and later obtained a master's degree in European Union law. Beginning his political career within the PSOE, he held several party positions at the municipal and national levels.
