Carlos Almeida is a former Angolan handball player. He competed for Angola in multiple Olympic Games, including the 1996, 2000, 2004, and 2008 Summer Olympics. He was a key member of the Angolan national handball team for many years, primarily playing as a left back. He is considered one of the most accomplished handball players from Angola. After his playing career, Almeida has been involved in coaching and handball administration.
