Caqar (also known as Dzhagar) is a village and municipality in the Qusar Rayon of Azerbaijan. It is located at coordinates 41°20′38″N 48°11′58″E, at an elevation of approximately 1,258–1,282 meters above sea level. The population of Caqar is 371 residents.
The village falls within the Qusar administrative district (Rayon) in northern Azerbaijan, near the Greater Caucasus mountain range. The time zone is UTC+4 (Azerbaijan Time, AZT), with daylight saving time observed as UTC+5 (AZT).
