Camillo Capelli (1862 – 1921) was an Italian lawyer, journalist, and politician. Born in Alessandria, Italy, Capelli pursued a career in law and journalism before entering national politics.
He was elected as a member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies, serving multiple terms from 1897 until 1919. During his extensive parliamentary career, Capelli held several significant governmental roles. He served as the Undersecretary of State for Finance from 1906 to 1909 and subsequently as the Undersecretary of State for the Interior from 1910 to 1912.
Capelli was associated with the historical left (''sinistra storica'') and later with more progressive liberal factions, playing a role in the political landscape of the Giolittian era. He was known for his contributions to discussions on electoral reform and administrative law, and he also contributed articles to various legal and political journals of his time. His political activities and legal expertise left a notable mark on Italian parliamentary life in the early 20th century.
