Buzi-ye Seyf (Persian: بوزي سيف; also romanized as Būzī-ye Seyf; also known as Bozīyeh, Būz, Būzī, and Buzīyeh) is a village in Buzi Rural District of the Central District of Shadegan County, Khuzestan province, Iran.
Location and Administration The village is situated in the Central District of Shadegan County, within the Khuzestan province of southwestern Iran. Its geographic coordinates are approximately 30°39′22″N 48°43′29″E, at an elevation of about 7 meters above sea level. It serves as the most populous village within Buzi Rural District.
Demographics According to the Iranian national census:
- In 2006, the village had a population of 2,284 people living in 394 households.
- In 2011, the population rose to 2,563 people in 615 households.
- In 2016, the population was recorded as 2,247 people in 582 households, making it the most populous village in its rural district.
