Buck Run is a tributary stream located in Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. It flows into the West Branch Brandywine Creek, which itself is a major branch of the Brandywine Creek. The Brandywine Creek system subsequently drains into the Christina River, a tributary of the Delaware River. The waters of Buck Run ultimately contribute to the larger Delaware River watershed, eventually reaching the Delaware Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. As a local waterway, Buck Run plays a role in the hydrology and ecology of the Brandywine Valley region.
