Brusino (Bulgarian: Брусино) is a village located in northern Bulgaria. It is administratively part of the Gulyantsi Municipality within the Pleven Province.
Geography and Location Brusino is situated in the central part of the Danubian Plain, a region characterized by flat to gently rolling terrain. It lies approximately 10 kilometers (6.2 miles) south of the town of Gulyantsi, the municipal center, and about 40 kilometers (25 miles) north-northeast of Pleven, the provincial capital. The village is positioned in the northern part of Bulgaria, relatively close to the Danube River.
Administration The village falls under the jurisdiction of Gulyantsi Municipality, one of the 11 municipalities in Pleven Province.
Demographics As of the 2021 census, the village of Brusino had a population of 107 inhabitants. Like many rural areas in Bulgaria, it has experienced a decline in population over recent decades due to urbanization and migration.
