Brian Garrow (born June 23, 1970) is an American former professional tennis player. He played collegiate tennis for the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he earned All-American honors and contributed to the Bruins' 1990 NCAA team championship. Garrow turned professional in 1993 and competed on the ATP Tour primarily in singles and doubles events.
During his career, Garrow attained a career‑high singles ranking of World No. 93 on October 24, 1994. His most notable Grand Slam singles performance was reaching the second round of the 1994 US Open. In doubles, he achieved a highest ranking of World No. 103 (July 31, 1995) and recorded several quarterfinal appearances on the ATP Tour, including at the 1994 Canadian Open and the 1995 Swedish Open.
After retiring from professional competition in the late 1990s, Garrow remained involved in tennis as a coach and mentor, working with junior and collegiate players in the United States. His contributions to American tennis are recognized for both his on‑court achievements and his post‑playing coaching efforts.
