Brandon J. Dirden

Brandon J. Dirden (born August 13, 1976) is an American actor known for his work in theatre, television, and film. He has appeared in a variety of Broadway productions, including the revival of A Raisin in the Sun (2008) and the Public Theater’s staging of Tarell Alvin McCraney’s The Brothers Size (2013). Dirden’s performances have earned him recognition within the theatrical community, including nominations for awards such as the Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Featured Actor in a Play.

In addition to his stage work, Dirden has had recurring and guest roles on several television series. Notable credits include appearances on The Good Wife, The Deuce, and The Chi. He has also acted in films, though his screen work has been secondary to his extensive stage career.

Dirden is a graduate of the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and is a member of the Actors' Equity Association. He continues to be active in both theatrical productions and screen projects.
