Robert "Bobby" Moncur (born 15 February 1945) is a Scottish former professional footballer and manager, best known for captaining Newcastle United to victory in the 1969 Inter‑City Fairs Cup. Born in West Hartlepool, England, Moncur moved to Scotland at a young age and began his senior career with Third Lanark in 1963.
