Bob Brown (baseball, born 1876)

Robert "Bob" Brown (born September 30, 1876, in Louisville, Kentucky; date of death unknown) was an American professional baseball player. He played primarily as a catcher, but also appeared at other positions.

Brown played Major League Baseball for a single season, 1902, appearing in 15 games for the Cincinnati Reds. In his brief major league career, he accumulated a .111 batting average with 4 hits in 36 at-bats. He recorded 3 RBIs and scored 2 runs.
