Bisera Turković (born 5 May 1954) is a Bosnian diplomat and politician who has served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina since 25 January 2023. She is a member of the Party of Democratic Action (Stranka demokratske akcije, SDA).
Overview
Turković was born in Sarajevo, then part of the People's Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina within the Federal People’s Republic of Yugoslavia. She earned a doctorate in economics from the University of Sarajevo and subsequently embarked on a career in public service and diplomacy.
From 2007 to 2012, she held the post of Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations in the government of Prime Minister Nikola Špirić. During this period, she was involved in negotiations on trade agreements and efforts to attract foreign investment to Bosnia and Herzegovina.

In January 2023, after the formation of a new Council of Ministers under Chairwoman Borjana Krišto, she was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs. In this role, she oversees the country's diplomatic relations, represent Bosnia and Herzegovina in international organizations, and coordinates foreign policy initiatives.
