Birk Engstrøm (born 24 March 1950) is a former Norwegian football striker. He began his senior career with Ålgård FK in 1967 before moving to Bryne FK, where he spent the majority of his career from 1968 to 1983. He played in the Norwegian Premier League between 1976 and 1983, making 138 appearances and scoring 3 goals for Bryne.
Engstrøm was selected once for the Norwegian national team in 1977. Although primarily a striker during his playing days, he is also listed as having played as a defender. He is currently 76 years old.
