Ben Pakulski

Benjamin Pakulski (born March 18, 1981) is a Canadian retired International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness (IFBB) professional bodybuilder, fitness educator, and entrepreneur. He is recognized for his application of biomechanics and kinesiology to resistance training and hypertrophy.

Born in Toronto, Ontario, Pakulski earned a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Western Ontario. He began his professional bodybuilding career after winning the overall title at the 2008 Canadian Championships, which earned him his IFBB pro card. During his tenure in professional competition, he was often referred to by the nickname "Pak-Man."

Pakulski's competitive career reached its peak in the early 2010s. His most notable result in a major competition was a second-place finish at the 2013 Arnold Classic. He also competed in the Mr. Olympia contest, the premier event in professional bodybuilding, where he placed 11th in 2012.

Following his retirement from competitive bodybuilding, Pakulski transitioned into the field of fitness education and coaching. He founded the MI40 (Muscle Intelligence 40) brand and training system, which focuses on the technical execution of exercises to maximize muscular tension and minimize injury. He also hosts a podcast focused on topics such as muscle physiology, neuroscience, nutrition, and general health optimization. His work in the industry is characterized by an emphasis on the "mind-muscle connection" and the scientific principles underlying physical transformation.
