Description
Bembidion mexicanum is a small ground beetle, typical of the genus Bembidion. Adults generally range from 3 to 5 mm in length, possessing an elongated, streamlined body adapted for fast running. The dorsal surface is usually dark metallic or black with possible iridescent reflections; the elytra (wing covers) display fine striae (grooves) characteristic of many Bembidion species.
