Belinda Lima refers to at least two notable individuals: a Cape Verdean singer and an American mixed-media visual artist.
Belinda Lima Francis (known on her album cover simply as Belinda) is a Cape Verdean singer. She was born in the United States to parents from São Vicente, Cape Verde. She grew up in America and won the Miss Black Rhode Island title before moving to Cape Verde. In 2007, she was invited by the Cape Verde Embassy in Angola to perform in Luanda as part of Cape Verde–Angola cultural celebrations. In 2010, she started a musical apprenticeship program in Mindelo, which was featured several times on Radiotelevisão Caboverdiana.

Belinda Lima is also the name of an American mixed-media visual artist based in the Bay Area, California, with a studio at The Alameda Artworks in San Jose. She works primarily with acrylic paints, collage papers, oil, and cold wax, creating abstract cityscapes, urban landscapes, and figurative works. Her paintings have been exhibited at venues including the Triton Museum of Art, the New Museum of Los Gatos, and Sanchez Art Center. In 2021, she was awarded Best of Show at the UArt Open juried exhibit.
