Bartłomiej Saczuk (born 10 October 1979 in Olsztyn, Poland) is a Polish track cyclist. He competed in the men's sprint event at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.
Saczuk participated in the 1998 UCI Track Cycling World Championships, where he placed 5th in the team sprint alongside teammates Grzegorz Trębski and Grzegorz Krejner. His Olympic appearance came in the men's sprint at the 2000 Sydney Games, representing Poland.
