Barbara Kendall (born 19 December 1967) is a New Zealand former windsurfer who competed in six consecutive Summer Olympic Games from 1992 to 2008. She is the most decorated New Zealand windsurfer in Olympic history, having won three Olympic medals: bronze in Barcelona 1992, silver in Atlanta 1996, and bronze in Sydney 2000, all in the women's Lechner and Mistral windsurfing classes.
