Büsum (Amt Kirchspielslandgemeinde) was an Amt ("collective municipality") located in the district of Dithmarschen, in the state of Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. The term Kirchspielslandgemeinde refers to a historical form of parish-based rural administrative association in the region.

The Amt had its seat in the town of Büsum and consisted of the following six municipalities: Büsum, Hedwigenkoog, Hellschen-Heringsand-Unterschaar, Hillgroven, Oesterdeichstrich, and Westerdeichstrich.

As of 30 September 2005, the Amt had a total population of 6,961 and an area of 41.73 km² (16.11 sq mi), giving a population density of approximately 166.8 inhabitants per km².

On 25 May 2008, the Amt Kirchspielslandgemeinde Büsum was dissolved. It merged with the Amt Kirchspielslandgemeinde Wesselburen and the town of Wesselburen to form the new Amt Büsum-Wesselburen.

The coat of arms of the Amt depicted Saint Clement, the patron saint of sailors and fishermen, who is also the namesake of the Sankt Clemens church in Büsum.
