Austin Ledborn Ledbetter (born 28 February 1997) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a defender.
Overview
Ledbetter was born in St. Louis, Missouri, United States. He played collegiate soccer for the Saint Louis Billikens from 2015 to 2018, making 70 appearances and scoring five goals. During his college years, he also appeared for USL PDL (now USL League Two) side Saint Louis FC U23.
After completing his college eligibility, Ledbetter signed with New York Red Bulls II of the USL Championship in January 2019. He made his professional debut on 30 March 2019 against Hartford Athletic. Over the 2019 season, he recorded 28 appearances for the Red Bulls II side. In February 2020, he joined Real Monarchs, the reserve team of Real Salt Lake, also competing in the USL Championship, where he featured in 10 matches before being released at the conclusion of the season.
Ledbetter later returned to his hometown to sign with Saint Louis Club, a team competing in the USL League Two, for the 2022 season.
