Astrid Swan

Astrid Swan (born Astrid Bryngelsson in 1979) is a Finnish singer‑songwriter and musician. She is primarily associated with indie pop and folk‑rock styles and performs in both English and Swedish.

Career
Swan began her recording career in the early 2000s, releasing her debut solo album Poverina in 2005. The album received critical attention in Finland for its melodic songwriting and introspective lyrics. She followed with the releases Spiral (2006) and Swan (2008), each expanding her sonic palette with arrangements that incorporated acoustic instrumentation and electronic elements.
