Asteriognatha is a genus of moths belonging to the family Tortricidae, within the tribe Archipini. The genus was first described by the entomologist Alexey Diakonoff in 1983.

The genus comprises two known species:
- Asteriognatha cyclocentra Diakonoff, 1983 — the type species, found on the island of Sumatra, Indonesia.
- Asteriognatha metriotera Diakonoff, 1983
Description
Asteriognatha is classified within the subfamily Tortricinae and tribe Archipini. The type species, Asteriognatha cyclocentra, has been described as representing a peculiar form with uncertain generic affinities within the Archipini, distinguished by specific morphological characteristics.
Distribution
Species of this genus have been recorded in Indonesia, specifically on the island of Sumatra.
