Arnold W. Donald (born 1954) is an American business executive. He is best known for serving as chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Carnival Corporation & plc, the world's largest cruise‑line operator, from 2013 until his retirement in 2022. Prior to joining Carnival, Donald held senior leadership positions at McDonald’s Corporation, including president and chief operating officer of McDonald’s USA.
