Arizona Inn

The Arizona Inn is a historic luxury hotel located in Tucson, Arizona. Founded in 1930 by Isabella Greenway, who later became Arizona's first female U.S. Congresswoman, the property was originally conceived as a winter retreat for wealthy visitors and a means to provide employment for disabled World War I veterans.

The inn is situated on a 14-acre property in the El Encanto Estates neighborhood, near the University of Arizona. Its architecture is characterized by the Territorial Revival style, featuring low-slung buildings, adobe walls, red tile roofs, and extensive gardens. The property includes guest rooms, casitas, and suites, many with private patios and fireplaces.

In 1988, the Arizona Inn was added to the National Register of Historic Places. It has operated continuously as a hotel since its opening and remains under the ownership of the Greenway family. The inn is known for its fine dining restaurant, which emphasizes Southwestern and American cuisine, and its extensive art collection featuring works by Western artists.
