Arbasy Duże is a village in east-central Poland. Administratively, it is part of the Gmina (municipality) Szydłowo, within Mława County (powiat Mławski) in the Masovian Voivodeship (województwo mazowieckie). The settlement lies approximately 6 kilometres north‑west of the Gmina seat Szydłowo, 12 kilometres west of the county capital Mława, and about 115 kilometres north‑west of Warsaw, the capital of Poland.
Geographically, Arbasy Duże is situated in the North European Plain, characterized by a predominantly agricultural landscape and a temperate continental climate. The village is positioned near the Wkra River basin, although no major watercourses flow directly through its territory.
