The stadium has a seating capacity of approximately 17,500 spectators and features a natural grass playing surface. It was constructed in the mid‑1980s and has hosted K‑league football matches, including home games for the former Anyang LG Cheetahs (now FC Seoul) and other professional and amateur events.
