Anne Anstine (June 23 1928 – May 3 2009) was an American political operative affiliated with the Republican Party. She is most noted for serving as the chair of the Pennsylvania Republican Party, a position she held from 1990 to 1995. During her tenure, Anstine was involved in statewide campaign coordination, fundraising, and party organization, and she played a role in the election campaigns of Republican candidates in Pennsylvania during the early 1990s.
