Anil K. Narendran is an Indian judge who currently serves as a Justice of the Kerala High Court. He was appointed as an Additional Judge of the High Court on January 23, 2017, and subsequently became a Permanent Judge on November 16, 2018.
Early Life and Education Born on August 15, 1967, Justice Narendran completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Government Law College, Ernakulam.
Career Justice Narendran enrolled as an advocate in 1990. During his legal career, he primarily practiced in civil, constitutional, and administrative law before the High Court of Kerala. He also served as the Standing Counsel for various government bodies, public sector undertakings, and autonomous institutions, including the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC), Kerala State Co-operative Bank, and the Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT).
Judicial Career His extensive experience as a practicing lawyer led to his elevation to the bench of the Kerala High Court. As a judge, he has been part of benches that have dealt with a wide range of cases, including those related to temple administration, environmental protection, public interest litigations, and administrative law matters in Kerala.
